Mode of Order Policy

Orders can be placed through the following authorized channels:

  • WhatsApp Communication
  • Phone Calls with our CRM or Sales Team
  • Mittals Mobile Application (Customer/Dealer App)
  • In-Person / Over-the-Counter Orders at our retail or office counters

All orders are recorded and acknowledged with a confirmation message or order summary to ensure transparency, accountability, and tracking.


Payment Policy

We follow a 100% Prepaid Order System. Orders will only be processed and dispatched upon receipt of full payment.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking (via secure payment gateways)
  • Post-Dated Cheques (subject to internal approval)
  • Cash Payments (accepted only at our office or retail counters against a valid receipt)

Customers are advised to retain payment confirmations or transaction reference IDs for future correspondence and tracking.


Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not offered once an order is processed and confirmed.

However, exceptions may be made in cases where:

  • A manufacturing defect is identified
  • An order processing error has occurred from our end

In such scenarios, customers will be provided with two options after verification and internal due diligence:

  1. Product Replacement
  2. Full Refund (processed within 7–10 working days via the original mode of payment)

Return & Exchange Policy

Terms & Conditions for Returns:

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of product delivery
  • Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
  • Returns are not accepted for customized or cut-length products, unless the error is from our end
  • Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be discussed and communicated during the return request process
  • Original invoice or proof of purchase is required for all returns

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer flexible shipping options tailored to customer preferences and locations:

  1. Local Deliveries (within our home city):
    Managed via our in-house delivery fleet for prompt and secure service.
  2. Outstation Deliveries (to other cities):
    Customers may choose from the following dispatch modes:
    • Bus Transport Services
    • Courier/Logistics Partners selected by the customer
  3. Urgent / Express Deliveries:
    Upon request, we arrange instant deliveries through third-party services such as Porter, Dunzo, etc.
    (Delivery charges will vary based on distance, urgency, and weight.)

All deliveries are made with prior coordination, and tracking information is shared where available.
